The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I enjoyed staying in Room 201 with a balcony overlooking the street. The air conditioning worked well, which I appreciated in the heat. However, the shower had no hot water, which was disappointing. The noise levels were quite high at night, both from outside and inside the hotel. Sheets felt thin and not very clean. Staff assistance with luggage was lacking since there is no elevator. It's good for a short stay, but improvements could be made regarding comfort and amenities.

The staff, particularly Nestor and Edwin, were professional and provided valuable local tips. Plus, I appreciated the ability to store my luggage prior to check-in.

I had a solid stay at El Viajero! The central location made it super convenient to explore. The AC kept me comfortable in the heat. The only downside was the noise level at night. If you're a light sleeper, maybe opt for a room at the back. I’d come back!

I stayed in a Superior Triple Room for 4 nights. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! The room was clean, but the sheets felt a bit thin for my taste. Also, if you don’t like noise, I’d suggest a room away from the street. The location is spot on, close to so many restaurants and bars.
